The position of the house is really close to the beach (about 300-400m away from a beautiful beach and a nice bar with good brioche and cappuccino), but the private road to get to the property is completely demolished by the trees roots.
The house it's self is spacious and perfect for a family. There is a barbecue area as well. End of September we didn't had any neighbours so very quiet as well.
The house is really well stocked with pretty much everything qone needs for a good and comfortable stay. ( we even had cold beers on our arrival, nice touch!) The property even had sunbeds ( 3 quite old) but very portable so you can take with you to the beach.
The host is very nice and answers to your questions immediately.
The property being very nice positioned on the island you can get to amazing beaches within 1h driving.
The house looks exactly like in the pictures and the garden as well.
The doors need sorted as they really squeak and make a lot of noise during the night for other family sleeping on the house, the rubbish needs to be sorted as there isn't enough bin storage. You have to take it to a facility about 300m from the house.
The beds are not amazingly comfortable and they squeak very easily. But maybe I am a bit too picky here.
Private road to get to the property is really damaged but has nothing to do with the actual property.
The bikes were not working more than half of them but we managed to fix a few, pumped up some tyres and we had a trip to the nearby pizzeria ( about 4 km away) which eneded up with a broken bike so we kind of got strangled about 4km away from the house. I've mentioned the problem to the host and he was very supportive as well.

Appartement en rez de jardin dans une pinède de pins à 2 mn en voiture de la mer. Des vélos sont à disposition. Très bien équipé. Merci à Maurizio pour les conseils et son formidable accueil.
Tout était parfait.
