About this house rental
It's a very comfortable and recently built flat that is situated on the first floor of a detached house (with an independent entrance); very near to the beach (only 5 minutes on foot). The flat is located in a shopping precinct but is also a quiet area. 200 metres from the flat there is once a week (Tuesday) a very interesting local street market where there are various market stall and you can taste and buy a very delicious and typical food as home-grown vegetables and fruit. In summer in the same square is putted on an enjoyable Luna Park that is perfect for children. Easily reachable, the flat is near to Porto Torres, the treading port (only 30 km) and near to the airport of Alghero (only 60 km).

The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need a for a vacation stay including 2 beach chairs. The AC works well and paired with using the shades to keep out sun, the place was cool enough. The kitchen had a good selection of oil, spices, and basic supplies to get you started. We had a bit of problems with the parking in the garage-- being Americans we were used to bigger driveways to manuever and had quite a bit of problems backing out of the garage, but this isn't something that can be controlled. This was simply solved by parking at the free car park up the road which was closely located. The nearby beaches are lovely, though one had a red flag up repeatedly with little visible reason. We had a car and this is helpful for getting around and doing day trips in the area and Castelsardo, though a bus runs regularly as well. We would happily return to this location and Lu Bagnu is a gem that I hope retains its charm over the years!

Very clean, nice apartment with all the amenities you need. Marco and his wife and their daughter are very kind, friedly and helpful with any request you may have. Good starting point for excusions of the northern coast of Sardinia, lovely house beach within 5 minutes of walking. Parking lots within 2 minutes, owners also offer you a spot in their garage, our car was just too big for quick in and outs several times daily. I read bad comments about the matrasses, I can only say that mine was very good I never had any pain there and I had back surgery already and I am constantly in some kind of back pain even at home, just the kids matress was not as good as mine.
All in all, I can really recommend this place! Thanks for the nice experience!

"The location is a very nice appartment with big rooms and a nice terrace. Everything is in a very good shape, kitchen is well equiped (oven too!). The excellent beach is 200m only. The owners are particularily friendly, live in the same building.
The parking is a little bit tricky for unexperienced drivers.
I would always recommend it either for 2 couples or 1 couple with up to 3 children."
