About this house rental
Hello, my name is Carlo. I am glad to welcome you in my house and to host you. As a former restaurateur I would be happy to accommodate you.
The house with large pool, inserted in the Mediterranean vegetation, fenced and surrounded by a barn land is located 6Km from Sorso towards the sea.

The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed. You can also rent all three rooms. For this you have to go to the same listing where all 3 rooms are offered!The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace and dining room. In addition, there is an outdoor shower.

In the well-equipped laundry room in the annex, with washing machine and dryer is still an additional toilet with large sink.

The terrace is surrounded by green plants, which give shade in hot temperatures and discourage a little warmth.
In addition, it is equipped with a gas grill.

Wir können uns den vorherigen sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Carlo hat uns für dem Abend der Ankunft nicht nur den Kühlschrank mit Leckereien gefüllt (Bier und Wein für die Großen, Eis für die Kleinen), sondern uns sogar mit einem Abendessen empfangen. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber, in der Küche stehen Öl und Gewürze bereit, für den Strand gibt es Handtücher und Sonnernschirme. Der Pool (eigentlich ein ausgewachsenes Schwimmbecken) ist sehr sauber und wird von Carlo liebevoll gepflegt. Für Schatten am Pool ist gesorgt. Ein besonderes Highlight für unsere Kinder waren die abendliche Beregnung des Rasens vor dem Haus. Carlo selbst hat uns heldenhaft gerettet, nachdem wir mitsamt Autoschlüssel baden waren und nicht mehr vom Strand wegkamen. Besonders dafür aber auch für den ganzen Rest vielen Dank!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich einzigartig - nachdem wir über Google-Standort (Danke Carlo!) das angenehm abgeschieden gelegene Haus gefunden hatten, gab es einen super-herzlichen Empfang durch unseren Host Carlo mit Rundgang durch Haus, Nebengebäude und den Garten mit Top-Pool - und einem Begrüßungsessen! Außerdem hatte Carlo alle wichtigen Basis-Dinge schon bereitgestellt (Wasser, Toilettenpapier, Küchenmaterial wie Nudeln, Tomatensauce, Gewürze und sogar eine Schublade im TK mit Speiseeis), so dass wir völlig stressfrei in den Urlaub starten konnten. Alles war perfekt sauber und qualitativ sehr gut ausgestattet - wir haben keinen Punkt zur Kritik! Die Restaurant- und Ausflug-.Tips waren sehr gut - am Ende wären wir noch gerne einige Wochen geblieben... Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Carlo war immer erreichbar und zuverlässig.
Der eiskalte Prosecco zum Empfang war hervorragend. Zudem wurden wir mit einem Essen empfangen was sehr nett war.
Der große Pool ist perfekt und sehr gepflegt

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und das erste Ferienhaus, das wir bisher erlebt haben, das wirklich alles hat, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und das Grundstück und der Pool sind ein Traum.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man schön entspannen kann. Gleichzeit ist es nur wenige Autominuten vom Meer und der nächsten Stadt entfernt, wirklich ideal.
Carlo ist als Vermieter sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns mit einem Mittagssnack empfangen und durchweg verwöhnt.
Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
