About this house rental
The 19th-century Domaine de l'Etablière consists of: a 25-hectare park, a Tuscan-style palace, an orangery, a pond, and a hamlet of five cottages—the heart of a past rooted in agriculture: a bread oven, wine press, stables, hunting lodge, and main residence. A testament to country life since 1810.

Just 15 minutes from Les Sables d’Olonne—home to the world’s most beautiful bay—and Veillon Beach, a Natura 2000-designated site, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance between the sea and the countryside.
The space
Le Logis, a 145-square-meter cottage, is perfect for stays with friends, family, or business events (up to 8 people).
Each cottage in the hamlet can be rented simultaneously or independently. Please contact us.
It features:
- A large, bright living room with a wood-burning stove, ideal for cozy moments with family or friends
- A fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room
- 1 bedroom on the first floor with 1 double bed
- 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 double bed each
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet
OUTSIDE
- A parking area (2 spaces) in front of the cottage with access to the Hameau parking lot
- A garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue
- Access to the shared swimming pool for all accommodations in the Hameau. Open from June through September (check on-site for hours).
- Direct access to the 25-hectare park and forest
SERVICES AND AMENITIES
For your comfort, housekeeping fees, as well as bed linens and towels, are included. All consumables are provided:
- Coffee, tea, sugar
- Dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent
- Paper towels, toilet paper
- Soap and shampoo in every bathroom
The beds are made upon arrival.
ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION
- Check-in starting at 4:00 p.m.
- You can gain access to the accommodation on your own using the key box provided on-site.
Additional Information
- Security deposit: a credit card authorization will be required
/ no charge will be made
- Pets not allowed
- Non-smoking property
- Parties not permitted
- Access to local shops: bakery, convenience store, and tobacco shop 2 km away.
