About this house rental
The 19th century Domaine de l'Etablière consists of: a 25-hectare park, a Tuscan Palace, an Orangery, a pond, a hamlet of 5 cottages, the heart of life of an agricultural past: Bread Oven, Press, Stables, Hunting Meeting, Dwelling. Witness to a life in the countryside since 1810. Resolutely modern comfort & refined decoration.
15 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne - the most beautiful bay in the world and the Veillon beach, classified Natura 2000, you will enjoy the perfect balance between sea and countryside.
Each cottage in the Hamlet can be rented simultaneously or independently. Contact us.
L'Ecurie, a 170m² cottage, welcomes stays with friends, family, professional events (max 12 people).
It consists of 2 communicating spaces:
- the main cottage with 3 bedrooms
-the Box: studio adjoining the main cottage, with its own bathroom with sanitary facilities and its independent kitchen.
The main cottage consists of:
- A large, bright living room with wood stove, ideal for warm moments with family or friends
- A fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room
- 1 quadruple bedroom on the first floor with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
- 2 triple bedrooms upstairs with each: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilets
OUTSIDE
- A parking space with access to the Hamlet parking lot
- A garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue
- Access to the swimming pool for collective use for all the Hamlet's accommodation. Accessible from June to September (opening hours to be consulted on site).
- Direct access to the park and the 25-hectare forest
SERVICES AND FACILITIES
For your comfort, cleaning fees and bed linen and towels are included. All consumables are at your disposal: - Coffee, tea, sugar - Dishwasher and detergent tablets - Paper towel, toilet paper - Soap, shampoo in each bathroom.
Beds are made on arrival.
ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION
- Arrivals from 4pm
- You will be able to access the accommodation independently thanks to the key box available on site.

- Deposit: a bank imprint will be requested / no levy
- Pets not allowed
- Non-smoking accommodation
- Parties not allowed
- Access to local shops: bakery, mini-market, tobacco shop 2km away.
The reservation is subject to the condition that you are insured with an insurance company for rental risks. The insurance certificate will be requested before the rental.
Our rates include bed linen, towels, beds made on arrival and cleaning service (excluding kitchen). Please gather sheets and towels in each bathroom when you leave and empty your bins in the containers provided for this purpose, located in the Hameau parking lot.
