About this house rental

EXCEPTIONAL view and location for this large and comfortable house located in the heart of the historic district of Sables d'Olonne (La Chaume). 20 meters from the quay and its many activities (daily covered market, many restaurants, Fort Saint Nicolas ...).
Access to the Grande Plage is accessible in 10 minutes on foot by the famous "Passeur" (water bus operating all day and in the evening), the departure of which is located 30 meters from the house.

In the calm of a charming alley 20 meters from the quay, you will be seduced by the exceptional view and the comfort of this house (panoramic view of the fishing and marina ports and the roofs of Les Sables d'Olonne). From the large, very comfortable living room and the roof terrace (outdoor table for 10 people, barbecue) you can watch the brooms of the boats entering and leaving the ports, day and night.
You will stroll around the house in a charming maze of alleys and alleys framed by picturesque and colorful fisherman's houses, lined with hollyhocks.

In order to take full advantage of this emblematic view of the Sables d'Olonne (VENDEE GLOBE ...), the large living room and its open kitchen, both opening onto the terrace, are located on the second floor. You will enjoy a modern kitchen, open to the living room and the terrace. You will also find a very comfortable lounge area, open onto the terrace (sofas, leather armchair) and a dining area (table for 14 people). Finally you will let yourself go on the terrace, day and night, with its other large round table (10 people) and its plancha (barbecue) for convivial meals outside.
You can also enjoy WIFI (fiber) and, on several screens, television channels (fiber).
The 6 bedrooms (sleeps 12), the 3 bathrooms and 2 independent toilets are located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor (no sofa bed or other bad surprise).
The house has an umbrella bed and a baby chair.
An extra bed is available on request.

Grands espaces, literie très confortables, cuisine très bien équipée, vue sur le port magnifique. petit bémol : l'escalier assez raide et on doit passer par une chambre à 1 grand lit pour accéder à celle à 2 lits au rez de chaussée.

Un superbe week-end en famille avec enfants et petits enfants, dans cette maison bien équipée, propre, idéalement placée. Vue exceptionnelle sur le chenal des Sables d'Olonne. Tout est à proximité, commerces, bateau-passeur.....Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Accueil du propriétaire très chaleureux, d'une grande gentillesse et disponible : merci pour les deux beaux bouquets de fleurs dans la pièce de vie. Avons qu'une envie, revenir.

Bien mais le descriptif ne comporte pas la présence d'un escalier en colimaçon, qui peut-être dangereux pour des personnes du 3°âge ou des jeunes enfants. L'emplacement est très bien situé et très agréable.
