Tokyo Tower Area 301 Tamachi & Mita Walk Balcony Stay

Everything we needed for ourselves and our two kids (almost 2 and 4,5 years old). The location was perfect, near both JR and other subway lines. Tokyo Tower on walking distance, Teamlab Borderless too. We booked the Shinkansen during rush-hour (around 8.00) from Shinagawa station and walked there in about 25 minutes, instead of cramping ourselves on the JR-line. The futon beds were really good and so was the shower. Plenty of restaurants within 1 minute walk and even a little supermarket. Contact with the owner via Booking.com chat very convenient, got a reply within 30 minutes. Would love to stay here again.

I was a little worried at first because the property didn't had any reviews yet and later on a low review, but for our family it really was the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much!

La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Es un alojamiento sencillo pero tienes todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de Tokyo. La ubicación es estupenda, ya que está muy bien conectado con el transporte público al resto de la ciudad y alrededor hay tiendas, restaurantes y bares, pero justo la calle donde está el alojamiento es muy tranquila y puedes descansar. Los colchones/futón son cómodos. El espacio por dentro está en un estado más que correcto. La ducha funciona muy bien. Tiene una pequeña cocina que es muy práctica. Los anfitriones han hecho un esfuerzo por acomodarnos, contestar con rapidez y tratar de ayudarnos.
