Everything you need in a quiet neighbourhood. Washing machine, aircon etc. Good communication with owner - the check in details are not so complicated.

Based on some of the reviews, I expected the room to be smaller than in the photos - this was NOT the case! Size of the apartment is just right for a couple, especially for such a price. Comfortable beds, room equipment and amenities were also great - the room also had perfectly fine Wi-Fi, which is missing from the description. The location is good. Accessible by two metro lines (Namboku and Hibiya) that are about 10 to 15 minutes walk, and another station is about 25 minutes away (Sengakuji), with a line that goes straight to the Narita Airport. About three convenience stores in the proximity, with one being just down the street. 45 minutes walk to Shibuya Crossing. Very calm neighbourhood as well.

The stairs are quite impractical. Fine without a luggage, but with luggage they are almost impossible to walk up/down without a help of another person.

The place itself is nice in all respects.

Written directions were BAD. The written address leads to the wrong building. The suggested building name to search yields even worse results. Fortunately, the third item, a Google Map link, actually goes to the correct building.
