One elevator is the only way to come in and out. Some time it gets busy.

The best thing is the spa. You go, and you have a hot shower, and if you desire, they have a warm and hot pool, so at the end of the day it was always worth it. After a long day of walking and moving, your body aches, and you go in the warm pool, and you instantly feel so much calmer and better, and that was the best experience. And they give you extras for free, such as shaving razors and hair spray, and their hair dryers are better than most hotels'. free hair combs and free breakfast and coffee too – just get it before it finishes.

mostly that you had to use the elevator to get to your room; there was no stairs, but the elevator is a little slow.

Shower and bath facilities are nice and clean. I didn't realize there were rules when I booked the night. Would not recommend if you are not comfortable being nude with other men but the other patrons seemed very respectful. I felt very relaxed after using the their hot bath. Check in time running late until midnight was a lifesaver.

One of the staff members did not return my passport during my check in. I did not realize until checking out as I was very tired when checking in.

It was fun to experience a capsule hotel. Onsen was perfectly fine and the capsule pods were spacious. Clean and we enjoyed the contemporary feel to the place.

The shoes in a shoe locker downstairs and the luggage system did NOT work. There should be luggage storage on each floor for easier assessibility to sort out your things. They only had a storage room on ground level to keep large suitcases with NO space to open up your luggage to sort out a smaller bag to take up with you. (you had to open it up in the space where everyone is waiting on the lift). It made the situation very clunky and inconvenient. Also, not sure why you had to swap a room key to get the shoe locker key when entering and leaving as it doesn't make sense to have to go back to reception each time.
