This a great property renovated to a very high standard. Everything you need is there for a great stay. You can safely swim in the river at the back of the property which is a bonus. The owners are a very nice couple and also on hand if you need anything.

Location good for local town (Okehampton) which has good facilities and also for touring that part of Devon. Recommend Lydford Gorge to visit and the falls at Canonteign. Easy parking on side road next to property and short river walks available. Generally quiet although main road could occasionally be busy. Appreciated the essentials in the fridge such as bread, milk, butter fruit, juice, especially arriving on a Sunday afternoon.
Information on operating some appliances would be helpful. Recycling information could be clearer. Otherwise nothing else to say.
