The central location to a lot of areas within Davao were only 20mins away for the most part and having close access to a mall with a supermarket made it easy to keep the basics topped up in the fridge and studio.
The views from the studio were great, and if you get to have an apartment that looks towards Samal Island and the bay then it will be incredible on a clear day or night.
The gym was incredibly basic, the swimming pool tiles need replacing because there are a lot of loose ones and sharp edges underfoot if you're not careful. The walking area around the pool needs fixing because again there are loose floor boards and holes around, making it potentially very dangerous especially for young children. The lifts are a little temperamental and we had to wait for 10 minutes for a lift despite pressing the call button the lifts would usually go to other floors and ignore ours frequently.
