The Moon at the Aeon

One of the best places to stay in Davao. Location is very central.

The infinity pool on the discrimination is certainly not the one in the building. Traffic around Aeon is horrific.

Location is perfect. Next to the mall and quite close to other malls so it’s handy to stay there. Staff were nice. Owner was helpful. Two big TVs. There were balcony and chairs. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. All kitchen utensils were clean and everything worked well. Ah one more thing should be mentioned is the room has 3-pin sockets which were a huge thing for us. Our all device can be charged without travel adapters. Excellent!

The bathroom is needed to improve.

The unit looked brand new and very clean. The room size was roughly as I had imagined. The bed was comfortable, and the bed linens felt high-quality. The pillows were also of good quality. There was a large TV in both the living room and the bedroom. I turned on the TV once, but it only displayed the subscription programs which were not available, so I didn’t watch it again. The shower always provided hot water, which was great.There were no unpleasant odors from the drains or poor drainage, which are common in condominiums, and the bathroom was comfortable to use. The refrigerator was of sufficient size. The furniture included a sofa, dining table, and coffee table, and I believe all necessary furniture was provided. The chair in the bedroom was also of good quality. Overall, I was satisfied, but I felt there were a few things missing for long-term stays (approximately one month). I believe this is a suitable accommodation for short-term stays.

There are two things I am dissatisfied with. It's not the unit itself, but rather dissatisfaction with the building. The first is that the walls are thin, so I can hear noise from the adjacent rooms and the room above, which is very echoing. In particular, the adjacent room played loud music until early morning, making it impossible to sleep sometimes. Besides that, the sound of chairs being dragged in the room above and the adjacent room was quite annoying. The sound of moving objects also echoed quite a bit. I guess the walls are thin and no soundproofing materials were used. The second issue is the internet. By the third day, the internet in the room was so slow and unreliable that I had to purchase a mobile Wi-Fi router. This alone should give an idea of the Wi-Fi environment. While not a major dislike, there are likely small inconveniences that a long-term traveler may find bothersome. However, there is a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away, where you can purchase anything you need.

Aeon tower is impressive, the room I rented is perfect for 2people, even tho I was alone. comfortble and near ayala mall.

Only downside was, thing I wish had was clean drinking water. but you have go to store buy water.
