I hope the owner can replace the bread knife into a small kitchen knife. Otherwise, it's a little tough to chop some vegetables.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to Abreeza and close to Davao International Airport.

The one-bedroom apartment felt much smaller in person than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, the induction cooker was under repair, and I was only informed about this around 5 hours before check-in while I was traveling. Since we booked this place mainly for the kitchen so we could cook, this was a significant inconvenience and should have been fixed before guest arrival. Given the inconvenience, they could offer some form of compensation or service recovery, such as a late checkout or a partial adjustment—perhaps a 50% reduction on the parking fee, which is quite high at PHP 500 per day compared to other Airbnbs. On a positive note, the owner is very responsive and replies to messages quickly, which we appreciated.
