Location is good. Easy to get to Metro station by bus (5-10 min). Bus station is close. Highway is near too. Parking is in the yard. The apartment was equipped with cold water bottles in fridge. One fridge was working another did not.
Breakfast is bad. It is organized in local cafe but they give you coffee and croissant only. If you don't drink coffee and wanna tea they say it is 1 euro extra. Good idea but bad execution.

Very convenient location for Milan Linate airport, off-street parking was useful, pizzarias/bars nearby was good. Well set up little apartment and very friendly staff to greet us despite a late check in. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was a croissant and coffee which is a nice inclusion.
On ground floor there was a little bit of noise with people walking up and down the street and cars, not excessive but not quiet. Bed was a little firm for our preference.
