Wonderful stay

The first room that we were given had a broken drain in thr bathroom, the plug stayed closed and the water wouldn't drain from the sink. When we opened the mini bar(fridge) we noticed it wasn't on. We tried to plug it in but there was no outlet to plug it in. A maintenance person came to fix it but couldn't. He left with no communication. We went back to the desk and they just said, it is broken. We told them we needed a fridge so they gave us another room. The sink drain in the second room was also broken, The shower doors didn't work very well, the shower head holder was broken. When I booked the room is said free wifi parking and breakfast but when we went to breakfast in the morning they said it was 10 euro. The website said their shuttle is free between 630-930 am and 630-8 pm but could be arranged for 5 euro per person outside of those hours. When we requested the shuttle for 545 am they said they only run from 630 to 11pm but they could call us a cab.
