    Clean and tidy rooms and Service exemplified. The lady at the Lobby was extremely courteous and helped us with and early check-in. It's about a 4-5 mins walking distance from the Sant' Agostino Metro station on the green Line and also about 10 mins walking distance from the popular Navigli district. Also 2 metro stations away is Cadorna from where one can take a direct train to the Malpensa Airport. The ACs were a little weak though, but that's about the only issue we had. The stay was comfortable & memorable.

    The French bed room is like a single room. The bed on the wall, nowhere to place something next to bed. Limited plugs, you have to unplug and the plug to charge your phone or laptop. In the bathroom very limited amenities. Definitely not a 4 star room or hotel for the common areas. Tram and metro very close but nothing interesting around the hotel.

    My personal cosmetic item went missing from the bathroom after housekeeping. I immediately reported it to the reception - however, next morning at checkout, there was no follow-up, no apology or whatever.
