It is not worth the price

We liked the apartment, it was nice and clean

We had an issue entering the parking lot of the building, we tried to reach our host but she didnt pick up the call, or answered the messages, we had to park outside and had to pay overnight. Free parking was one of the reasons we picked the apartment, but we couldnt even benefit from. Also we didnt really like the neighborhood, there were too many homeless people around. We thought it wasnt worth the price

Uncomfortable and disappointing due to the closed pool, missing crib mattress, difficult door access, and the host’s req

The building was fairly new and looked good on the pictures.

The pool was closed even though it was advertised as having a pool. The host admitted they knew about it but said it wasn’t their fault and that we shouldn’t complain. There was also no mattress in the crib for our 9-month-old, and the host never managed to provide one. The unit’s door was very difficult to open. Terrible, cheap mattresses — very bad sleep. The host also asked us to lie and say we were family members, and told us not to contact the building staff. They are probably renting the unit illegally, which made us feel very uncomfortable during the stay. Checking in and out is very inconvenient, as you have to deal with a lockbox on a dirty street. We left our 5-year-old daughter’s first tooth there, and they promised to send it to us but never did. She is very sad about it because she wanted to keep it. We asked several times, but they don’t even reply to our messages anymore. Not nice at all.

Spacious, clean apartment in great location.

Great location. Clean property with lots of towels and bedding. Big bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Powerful shower with bathroom amenities. Felt safe and secure. Coffee shops and shopping within a two minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Access was cumbersome. Having to go up to the apartment first to retrieve the fob access for parking garage. Maybe have parking garage fob in key box too? Pool was being refurbished so out of use on our visit.
