This Beverly Hills Traditional Villa has 6 bedrooms 6 bathrooms. All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with quality. The bathrooms are detailed with marbles,mirrors, and chandeliers.
The home features a dramatic hall and a huge living room that includes a 150 inch screen with a fire place and piano. A spectacular dinning room with to fit 14 people. A fully equipped modern kitchen with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the tennis court.
We would LOVE to have you come and enjoy the inside and outside Cabanas overlooking the pool and tennis court with our beautiful weather here in Beverly Hills.
Includes a 5 car garage that is gated with beautiful greenery. And a game room with foosball, pool table, air hockey, and ping pong. No Events considered.

The home is in a great location walking distance to two fabulous restaurants. LAVO and BOA are must walk to dinner locations. Also, walkable to Mel’s Drive In Diner. Large family style dining room table seats 14 comfortably and expansive outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the weather in. Tennis Court and basketball offered additional on-site activities.

We LOVED our stay at Natalie’s home. The house is perfectly located and walkable to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. However, you really don’t need to leave the property! With the pool, the tennis court, and the gazebo, my family ended up hosting all our friends during our visit. Natalie is very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Little touches like a full fruit basket, lots of pool towels, tennis rackets, and fully stocked bathrooms. The grandparents joined us, and it was a great setup to have them stay in the guest house. Just enough privacy for an extended family stay. This house and the hosts were my favorite ever! We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood is beautiful and super friendly. Walking distance from everything and just a fabulous home. Everything was so clean and uniquely designed. LOVED the tennis court every morning , then a quick swim right after. I didnt want to leave!
