Blancazul Villa Guatisea

Location is good, in a quiet street. A leisurely walk along the seafront to Rubicon Marina is about 25 mins - which was good for us. Many restaurants there and further along to the ferry port. There are also a few nice tavernas within 10 mins walk of the house. Several supermarkets close by offering a good choice (5 minute walk). House was very clean and fresh. Very good communication at all stages with the agent - Blancazul. We had several questions, always received a swift and friendly response.

The property does not get the late afternoon/evening sun.

Blancazul as a rental property company have high standards , this villa was modern in design and equipment . The beds were comfortable and large and all the fixtures and fittings were modern. The outside space and pool were clean and well looked after. A local supermarket was 3 minutes walk away. Blancazul manged the property to a high standard and are very professional .

You were slightly away from Playa Blanca but the centre was walkable or there was public transport at low cost. The beach was a short walk as was cafes and restaurants.
