Welcome to River Ridge Condo 423 at Mt Bachelor Village! Mt. Bachelor Village River Ridge condos are located within the scenic Mount Bachelor Village Resort in Bend, Oregon. These condos feature stunning panoramic views of the Deschutes River and the surrounding natural landscape. -- Please note that the hot tub at the condo will be available for use until October 31, 2025, after which it will be emptied and unavailable. There is an Outdoor Hot Tub in the Pool area that is open Year Round. --

This second story 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo features a main area with Kitchen, Dining, and Living spaces, an Upstairs Primary Suite, plus a deck with grand views and a private Hot Tub!

The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove and dishwasher. Two guests can sit at the bar while the chef prepares the meal.

The Dining table seats 6 with its own window to not only bring in that natural light, but also offering a view to those facing it.

The Living area has a gas fireplace, Smart TV and comfortable seating. You can head out to the deck or just relax and look at the incredible scenery.

The Main floor Primary Bedroom attaches to the main Bath and has a Queen Bed, Deck Access, Flatscreen TV with Cable, and attaches to the Shower/Laundry. The Shower/Laundry has a Shower/Tub combo, wide single sink vanity, and a full size stacked washer/dryer.

The Shower/Laundry attaches to the bedroom and the vanity area. There are privacy doors at each entrance with the Shower and Laundry in the middle.

The Main floor second Bedroom is a lock off with its own private entrance (424B). The bedroom features a Queen Bed, Flatscreen TV with cable, and bathroom. There's a Microwave, Coffeemaker and mini fridge for your convenience. The bathroom has a single sink vanity plus a shower/tub combo.

The Upstairs Private Primary Suite is an absolute getaway in and of itself. There's a King bed, private balcony, massive bathroom with separate shower and garden tub, plus large walk-in closet.

Around the grounds of Mt Bachelor Village are a Playground, the outdoor Community Pool (open seasonally) and Hot Tub (open year round), a game room and access to the Deschutes River Trail - if you're up for a hike. The Old Mill District, Downtown Bend, and the Box Factory are all only minutes away. Mt Bachelor itself is just 19 miles away. Just 4 miles away is Meadow Day Use Area and Deschutes Picnic Area. There's so much to see here that it's time you Check-In to Cascara and Check Out Central Oregon!
