PERFECT Westside Bend close to so much, yet away from the hubbub. Spacious furnished close-in corner-lot, RiverWest home. Quiet Norman-Rockwell-like neighborhood. Walk to many Galveston eateries like Victorian Cafe, The Lot, 10 Barrel, Sunriver Pub, Mother's, El Sancho, Ariana's, Bosa, and Brother Jon's.
Also Nome, Volcanic Theater Pub, Good Life, Village Bakery, Still Vibrato, and Cabin 22 are just a few blocks away on 14th. Safeway grocery just a short distance away.
Just a 15 minute walk to Old DownTown Bend. This 1900 sq ft home has a large fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, 50" TV, wrap-around porch with porch swing, fenced backyard with seating and chiminea, gas BBQ, 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. One bedroom has a dbl bed. The pictured cot can sometimes be made available if pre-arranged. Central AC.
Pocket park 1/2 block away. Walk through that park, up the hill to an off-leash dog park, city view, and access to various trails. 2-car attached garage off the alley in back.
Dogs sometimes accepted with pre-approval (message me with pet info).
Weekly/Monthly rates vary with the season, see the calendar or text. App posted monthly rates are not correct. The app is not set up for monthly discounts. Text for monthly rates.
Generally I do not do monthly rent for July and August (exceptions can be made but it is expensive).
NOT CHILDPROOFED. Not suitable for out-of-control destructive children.
No Smoking anywhere on the property. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. $250 cleaning charge for any smoking.

Four adults and a dog stayed here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the bathrooms functional, the bedrooms comfortable, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a small, fenced-in yard. Walkable to restaurants and coffee. It has a large garage with a remote door opener. The reservation, check-in, and check-out processes were efficient.

Great location- blocks from some restaurants and a bit longer walk (about 1 mile) from Drake park and downtown area (shops/restaurants). Roomy, comfortable house. Kitchen well stocked. Was nice to have access to garage (especially for those who may be bringing bikes etc).

The house is spacious, the kitchen was well appointed Anderson’s the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and very walkable. A neighborhood park is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.
