This spacious ranch style home snuggled in the West Hills neighborhood of Bend, could be your next vacation destination, your peace relaxation and wellness retreat, or your weekend adventure! The home has been completely renovated and newly decorated for your convenience and comfort. The house has 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths. It can sleep 6 comfortably in beds (1 air bed and a twin futon mat are also available.) There is a fully-equipped kitchen, strong wifi, smart TV and a large desk area for remote working vacations. Walk to our brand new neighborhood playground that was just built within our huge park up the street. Conveniently located walking distance to the local market and restaurants on Newport and Galveston Avenues, Downtown is less than 2 miles away. The road to Mt. Bachelor and Phil's Trail-head are both only minutes away. Deschutes River is only a mile away. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, you are close to all that Bend has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hidden hills hideaway. We were there during the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. Oregon was on a two week pause during our stay, but we still had plenty to do. There was a park half a block down the street, a pool table, plenty of board games for the kids and just sitting in the living room watching the deer pass by was amazing. The fenced backyard was perfect for our two golden retrievers.

I really, really loved staying at this cottage with my husband and small dog! The house has a nice layout, it's clean, on a quiet street, and has a lovely back yard for little dogs and people alike. I felt at home from the minute we arrived because the house had everything we needed. I especially loved the rec room because (like a total weirdo) I brought my bike and smart trainer with me and this was the perfect set up. The little desk area in the kitchen was perfect for the days when I had to work remotely, but there is also another desk area in the large laundry room. The gas cooktop makes better pancakes than my electric range at home. There was a gas grill in immaculate condition in the back yard as well as a propane fire pit/table. The gardeners come on Thursdays, in case you have your dog with you, and they were very polite and kind. There is plenty of parking in front of the house if you decide not to use the driveway or garage. The owners were responsive and very kind/easy to work with. I'm very much looking forward to renting this cottage again for our vacation next year!!!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was nice to have a house with some space for everyone and a nice kitchen to cook in. The house was a in a good location- close drive to many things in Bend but not too big of a drive to Redmond for games. The pool table/game room was a big hit with our teens too!

This is a nice quiet area of town and easy for all the activities we did while we were here. There were 11 mule deer that came by every day. We really enjoyed the pool table too. The park just down the street was a great place to run the dog.
