Convenient Southwest Bend, 5BR/3BA Home Near Old Mill District

Our home is located on the desirable, southwest side of Bend in the heart of best recreation activities that Oregon has to offer. Easy access to Mt. Bachelor skiing, fly fishing on remote lakes, mtn. biking, rafting, kayaking or the Old Mill District & Factory Outlet shopping are all just minutes away. Our location is closer to Mt. Bachelor than sunriver and has the added advantage of being just a few minutes to downtown Bend.

Our two-story home is spacious, bright and airy. It offers a quiet retreat for guests to get together and not feel like they are on top of one another. The gas range is ideal for the master chef, the large dining room table is warmed by the fireplace and soft sunsets. The great room offers a gathering area for games and entertainment. The front and back porches are available for those wanting to spend some time outside while at home. Sadly for our view, the trees have grown and we can no longer see Mt. Bachelor from upstairs, but we do still have a glimpse of the sisters.

We make it a priority that our home be clean for every visit, all year. Our cleaners do a much better than average job and during this time are taking all extra precautions recommended, including sanitizing all high touch surfaces.

Have you ever rented a home or looked at real estate after seeing professional photos of the space? They might exaggerate size or exclude undesirable features? You get to the home and have a feeling of "meh", it's not quite as nice as the photos suggest? Well, we have made a conscious choice not to have professional photos taken of our home. We want you to be pleasantly surprised when you come to our home, not mildly disappointed. We have received a few public and private comments speaking to the fact that our photos don't do the space justice. This actually makes us pretty happy.
