Everything was in good order and the managment company was available if we would have needed anything...but there was no need.

Amenities were in good condition. Only problem was recycle bin was full when we arrived on Sunday and then did not pick up on Tuesday with trash.

Great location, the house is beautiful and fully equipped for cooking and hosting a big gamily or group, overall experience was amazing!

Of course the location and the home itself were beautiful. Where this house fell short for the six adults and one baby that were staying here was the dirtiness of the house upon arrival. There were large dust balls under the couch in the living room, the couches were very dirty with crumbs and rips on them not desirable to sit and get comfy, upstairs bathrooms in multiple bathrooms had hair from previous visitors, the tables outside had not been cleaned for summer guests. We complained that night because I had to wash my bedding which looked quite dirty and I do know what a dirty bed looks like, and the manager came by the house to see what was going on the next morning. She questioned us and almost turned the complaint around on us as if we were being too picky when we certainly have the sense to know when a house was not properly cleaned. Again the home was beautiful if they would put a little bit more maintenance in the furniture in the living room, and actually clean the house properly it would have been five stars. I would still recommend the home for large groups it is a great space.
