Let our home be yours as you step into our warm and inviting retreat! The house is nestled above the west side of Deschutes River in the perfect location close in to the excitement of Bend and the call of Mt. Bachelor. The Century West home is walking distance to the Deschutes River Trail (5 minute walk), Old Mill District (5 minute bike or car ride) and many tasty restaurants and activities! Our home is fully stocked, so you can focus on exploring the local trails, river, and shopping scene. Bicycle out our back door to close by Phil's Trails MTB and great road biking adventures along Century Drive and Cascade Lakes Highway. Golfing is less than 5 minutes away.
This freestanding home includes air conditioning, modern WiFi, 4K smart TV, 4K Bluray player, a BBQ, gas fireplace, three bed rooms and three bathrooms. You also have pass access to the hot tub and pool of the community center lodge! The two-floor house comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds.

Ken & Annie have a lovely home and they are excellent hosts. The layout is great for a party of 6, everyone had enough space and privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, pans & cooking tools. We made awesome breakfasts every day of our stay. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this property is fantastic! We came to golf & mountain bike and this house is close to both. Having the garage is an absolute must when switching between sports. You can securely leave your bikes while golfing and vice versa. If you want some forest bathing immediately, the Deschutes river is a short walk through the pines. Close to shopping, great food and lots of outdoor adventure, this is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Bend.

The house was in a great location, close to downtown Bend, shops and restaurants, and with easy access to adventure (hiking, waterfalls, trails, etc). The house was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our party of 4.

Although there were close neighbors it didn't feel that way. Plenty of trees and privacy. We saw deer and enjoyed the antics of the squirrels on the large porch.
