Cannot top Five Canyons. Everything as described. Really really nice. Cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for putting it on VRBO.

The location is fabulous. Quick access to Mt. Bachelor and the neighborhood is top notch. Walking trails everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. A few things need updating but the price per night made up for that. Fantastic value for the money.

The home is in a great location just minutes from downtown Bend, close to restaurants and shops while still feeling a little removed from the busy areas. We also enjoyed having access to the community pool, and the house had plenty of space for our group.Communication with the property managers was excellent. When we had an issue with the TV/internet connection, they responded to a single text and had it fixed quickly. Any other questions were answered just as fast. The home itself feels like a rental that hasn't seen many recent updates. The kitchen is dated with tile countertops, the kitchen sink drips continuously, and the downstairs shower head was loose and spraying everywhere (I tightened it myself). The dark brown shag carpet also feels quite old. The only other downside was the very small TV in the family room, which seemed undersized for such a large gathering space.Overall, despite a few maintenance and cosmetic issues, it's a spacious home in an excellent location with responsive management, and we had a great stay. Bend is a beautiful place to visit.
