Appartement très agréable Bien situé (5 mn du tramway ou des bus) Calme. Bien équipé Literie de très bonne qualité. Très bon accueil et très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez séjourner à Rome.

The host was so lovely and kept great communication throughout, providing helpful tips for us to enhance our stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated and is just like pictures. The gated area feels safe and the location is a short walk from tram rides into both the Trastevere and colosseum directions. Really glad we chose here and would stay again!

Minor point - the rainforest shower pressure was weak for our preference, but still perfectly fine for the few days we were there

El piso está impecable, es muy bonito, bien decorado y equipado. Está en un condominio romano, genuino, de vecinos amables y dónde se respira un ambiente cotidiano. Tiene mucho verde al mirar por la ventana y buena iluminación. Manuela es una anfitriona súper atenta y simpática. La ubicación es estrategica también porque, al estar al lado de la estación, todo se facilita! Volveríamos siempre!!

No hay absolutamente nada negativo que pudiésemos apuntar sobre el alojamiento.

We chose this accommodation for the final two days of our trip, specifically looking for something close to the Roma Trastevere train station for easy access to the airport. The location proved to be strategic and incredibly convenient for catching the train. Furthermore, the bus stop that connects to the city center is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to explore central Rome. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and seemed brand new. The hosts were extremely attentive, cordial, and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. Overall, our stay here was very pleasant and provided the perfect ending to our trip

Minor area for improvement: Since the accommodation is quite new, we believe the shower temperature might not have been fully regulated yet, resulting in the water being a little cold (lukewarm at best). The hosts were incredibly responsive and immediately came to make a quick adjustment to try and fix it. Although the water temperature remained cool during our stay, we are confident this minor issue has since been resolved by the helpful hosts
