Wow what a view from the balcony. We just cooked in the apartment and ate it on the balcony. Was so wonderful, the host had thought of everything. Oh the supermarket Conad was just practicing down the building. The train station Roma Trastevere was 11 mins walk and just used that and the tram , we also walked a lot as there was public holiday and there were not much public transport available.

This property boasts a prime location, approximately a 12-minute walk from Roma Trastevere Station, with convenient access to light rail and buses. Situated in a modern, clean, and safe residential compound on the banks of the Tiber River, it includes kitchen appliances such as an induction cooker、microwave and kettle. The balcony offers views of the river and Rome. Supermarkets and various restaurants are nearby, ensuring convenient living.
The host was unfriendly and demanded an immediate photo of the guest's ID and payment of the City Tax via PayPal after booking, refusing to provide any check-in information otherwise, completely disregarding the difficulties travelers faced while traveling. Ignoring the guests' questions. This was the only situation I encountered in Italy where the host didn't come out to help guests check in. The information of community access code, building access code, and key box password was unclear and inaccurate.

Very nice, cozy place to stay. Easy self check-in and check-out. Amazing terrace with good view. All important places are just right under the building - 2 cafes, supermarket. Laundry in the walking distance of 6 minutes. Bus stop is also very near, 4 min walk.
