The apartment is big and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed, the a/c worked great. The location is right outside the city center but with a train, bus and tram stations nearby so it quite easy to get to.
There was a noticeable amount of mold on the walls in most of the rooms and bathrooms, as an allergic person it wasn't great, and the beds were quite old and squeaky.

The property was well laid out and extremely convenient for the five adults on our trip. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, met us outside the property and was a great point of contact when we landed at the airport. The apartment was clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable. It was very close to some fantastic restaurants in Trastevere, and well situated for public transportation for getting to various sites.
There was not anything to dislike about the property.
