Emplacement dans un quartier calme et résidentiel à environ 30 minutes en transport en commun de l'hyper centre de Rome. Ce qui confère au logement un calme bien appréciable après une journée en ville. Pleins de petits commerces de proximité qui permettent de se faire à manger ou de manger sur place sans être loin du logement. Logement près de la gare Trastevere ce qui permet de se rendre en ville avec plusieurs moyens de transports ( tram, bus, train), logement à 45 minutes de l(aéroport. Equipement du logement complet , même une machine à laver et un fer à repasser. literie confortable. Café, thé et huile et vinaigre, papier toilette à disposition. Communication avec l'hôte très facile et très fluide. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, si nous revenons à Rome, nous reprendrons cet appartement.

Petit bémol: la plomberie nécessiterait à terme un coup de neuf: variation de la température dans la douche un peu ennuyeuse et toilettes qui fuient. Mais cela ne gène absolument pas au quotidien.

The appartment was great and comfi. It has all main things u need. The access was so easy and the host friendly. It was super clean. Would recommend it even for a small family. I can fit up to 5 persons.

The location was a bit far from center but bus stations are nearby. The water in the 2 bathrooms is somehow connected through pipes, so when 2 people are showering at the same time it's so hard to adjust the cold and hot water.

La posizione alla fine è più comoda di quanto sembrasse, anche se per il centro comunque ci vuole un pochino. Alla stazione Trastevere però, per esempio, ci si arriva anche a piedi. Per il resto è una casa molto comoda con begli spazi. Personale gentile e rapido

Lo sciacquone del bagno in fondo ogni tanto dà qualche problema, per il resto va tutto bene. Della posizione ho già detto: per muoversi verso il centro bisogna guardare bene gli autobus, ma non è così lontana.

We were amazed in so many ways: 1. The hosts were incredible. Our flight got changed because of flooding in Spain, and we landed at 1 am, instead of 8 pm, so we wanted to rent a one-night at the airport, but the hosts wouldn't hear of it, they said they'd wait for us and welcomed us a little after 2 am. 2. Communication: The politeness, the genuine care and responsiveness, it made our stay so enjoyable. 3. Attention to detail: They made sure we felt at home - after the flight there were no grocery stores open at 3 am, but we found bread and some snacks waiting for us, which was amazing. There was an abundance of clean sheets and towels, everything you could possibly need. 4. Style: The apartment is so nice, with many beautiful details. 5. Every room has a TV and the TVs have already logged in Netflix accounts. We used our own, but for someone who doesn't have Netflix, it's pretty great. 6. Location is great. A lot of public transportation, safe area, so many shops and parks for kids close by. 7. It's warm in the winter (we were there in February), there are ACs and central heating. 8. Washing machine and a dishwasher are there. 9. It's nice and bright. We've never felt more at home than during this stay, and we've traveled the world. We would always come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Rome.
