A disappointment from check in to check out.

Free parking.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay due to a number of reasons listed below. When I arrived, my original room which was in a converted garage reeked so strong of cigarette smoke, it was freezing as the heating was not working or the TV. After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, which I appreciated. However, the heating in that room was also not working. While it was not as cold as the first room, it was still frustrating. Additionally whilst eating dinner in the kitchen, we were approached twice by other guests asking us for help as they were unable to figure out how to check in and find they're room number. It felt uneasy about the lack of staff at the hotel, especially when there are 12 rooms in the building without anyone on-site to assist us if needed. This raised concerns about safety and security. In the morning, we were woken up at 8.30am by a loud, incessant ringing noise that I initially thought was tinnitus! I had to leave my room to investigate to find out that it was fire-alarm box. I called the managers again for assistance. I was asked to go downstairs and take video of the alarm, which in reality was completely inappropriate. As a paying guest, it’s not my responsibility to handle this. I was hoping for a relaxing night away, which this was not. I have never stayed anywhere where I have had to contact the management so much.

Clean bedroom, good price and good location for the hospital

Very clean bedroom, tea, coffee and water bottles provided,

Kitchen was a little messy as had been used by other guests. Couldn’t find any forks as they were used by other guests.

It was nice

The room was big and spacious. The room was warm. Lots of light natural light available with 3 big windows.

The main light had no lightbulb The sink in the bathroom leaks. I didn't like the security of the keypad system. A manual key would have given me peace of mind.

Pleasant Stay - great experience!

It was such a lovely place, the room was very clean and smelled so nice, the bed was comfy. I needed a place to stay at the last minute, and the host was very nice and helpful. The check-in process was so easy. The location and neighborhood were really great. Loved the design of the room and the bathroom. Will definitely book again when I go back to Cambridge. Thank you so much!

Awful place to stay.

It has off road parking.

Details in the listing were wrong, then tried to extort more money after proof was given. Its very noisy with people still making lots of noise at 2am then others banging about at 6am.

Good location and accommodation was good value for money.

Quiet area, easily accessible by bus. The parking behind the property easily accessible and spacious. No keys to carry around: all done with codes.

The toilets and shower areas were rather small. The TV did not work: once power was on, we could not switch the TV on, either with the remote or by pushing the ON button (which was lit red). In addition, the aerial cable looked broken at the connecting point on the wall...
