👍 Pros: 🤝 The owner is very cooperative, responsive, and genuinely tries to help guests. 💰 One room's air conditioner was not working, and the owner proactively offered us a discount for the inconvenience. 📍 Excellent location in the heart of Colombo. 🌊🚆 The property directly faces the ocean and railway track, offering a unique and beautiful view. 🛏️ Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

⚠️ Major Concern: ⚡ The property has a serious electrical tripping issue. ❄️🚿 At a time, you can practically use only: 2 air conditioners, or 1 air conditioner + 1 water heater. 🚫 Any additional load causes the entire system to trip. 📞 We had to call security (Mr. Dayanidhi) repeatedly to restore power. 🔄 This happened around 8 times in a single day, which significantly affected our stay. 📢 My understanding is that the builder has not yet provided the required transformer capacity, but guests should be aware of this limitation before booking. ⭐ The owner is doing his best, and the location is fantastic, but please consider the power situation carefully before making your reservation.
