La ubicación.

Que en pleno octubre, a 10 grados de temperatura nocturna, no dispusiera de calefacción. Al contactar con la responsable del alojamiento y comentarle esto, le pregunté si tenian mantas o algo parecido (la cama solo tenía la sábana). Me contestó que no, sin darme ninguna solución.
