La ubicación. El dpto está muy bien equipado, lo recibimos bien limpio, el ingreso súper fácil, muy silencioso y agradecemos todas las atenciones de bienvenida.

服务很好，回复迅速，各类房间设施完善，预备的小点心和水果很不错，除了没有开水壶。

一切都不错，如果能告知一下丢垃圾的要求会更好

Best location possible, right on the 'cider boulevard', close to everything you may need or want to see in Oviedo. Walking distance from Bus & Train stations. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Walls in the building are made of paper, you can hear neighbors plugging stuff into wall sockets as if they're scratching the back of your brain. You get to ''enjoy'' other inhabitants partying even when you're not invited. Last but not least annoying was the fact that numerous other people use the intercom in this apt to get into the building (it auto opens the door if you ring this num and people seem to share that info) AND TO MAKE IT WORSE THE INTERCOM UNMUTES ITSELF so when you finally fall asleep someone will probably wake you up. Great apartment in a perfect location though if you don't need to sleep.
