El mirador De Uría By Silastur

Great location close to the train station and in the centre of Oviedo. Everything is new and super clean. There are a lot of cooking utensils and everything is thought out. Check-in is very easy and flexible.

The bed was super comfy and there were lots of pillows but for me they were just a bit flat and hard. This is purely a personal preference though :) there is a washing machine but no drying rack, however I am sure the hosts will provide one if asked!

El sofá cama es muy muy incómodo … imposible dormir…. El apartamento es para dos personas… no para cuatro… las dos personas del sofá no pudieron dormir ni descansar

Nous avons apprécié particulièrement l'emplacement parfait pour profiter de la ville. La rue est vivante sans être bruyante, la chambre donne sur l'arrière, au calme. Nous étions à 5 min à pied d'un parking souterrain à 19 euros les 24h00 . L'appartement est extrêmement propre, la literie est très confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. Rien à redire !

Location is good, the apartment is basic

The host has provided the wrong instructions in English: wrong directions, wrong apartment number, wrong door code. I couldn’t get inside at first. Then I found instructions in Spanish and translated (I don’t speak Spanish) , and they were actually correct. When I informed the host about this situation they made fun of me, were sarcastic, never apologized, called me rude etc. Then later that day I found out that the apt door (electronic keys) requires several attempts to open. It is very scary, to have all your stuff locked in a rent and can’t get in. Again no apology, no solution . They told me “yes it happens sometimes”. What?! I started taking all my documents/meds with me everywhere after that. There was an unpleasant smell from an old mop in the kitchen.
