The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well-appointed. The owner thought of little details that you might not find other places (small toys and games for kids, condiments in the kitchen, and a thorough welcome guide with recommendations.) Sonia was a very responsive and helpful host, and the check-in process was easy. Her instructions for finding and accessing the apartment and parking were detailed. Finally, the location could not be better! I could not imagine a better base for exploring the city and the region.

Although we very much appreciated the free parking, I would only warn my fellow Americans that the parking space/garage is very tight :)

It was so well cared for. Linens, furniture, lighting, views, kitchen supplies were excellent.

This is a lovely spacious apartment ideally located between the old town and the modern city with lots of homely touches. Sonia thoughtfully provided everything we needed for a delightful holiday.

Lovely well- stocked apartment, creatively and stylishly decorated. Location unbeatable. Sonia’s instructions for apartment and parking were so clear, inside the apartment she had compiled information on Oviedo and restaurant recommendations and instructions for everything we could possibly need. It was unseasonably hot in Oviedo and Sonia provided a fan which allowed us to sleep comfortably. Possibly the best apartment stay experience ever. Thank you Sonia for your supreme hospitality.
