The location is good. The mattresses were decent.

The cleaning part can be improved - the rugs had serious stains, dust on the furniture, etc. The rooms don't really offer privacy - I think the initial setup of the apartment was different so you could pass from one room to the other and so on. Now the rooms have at least one door that is closed but you can hear noise from the other room plus some of them have transom windows. The electric wiring looks fishy. We traveled at the end of November and the apartment was very cold on arrival. When we put all the electric heaters, the electric fuse would break every 5-10 minutes. There is only one bathroom with a toilet and shower but they accommodate 6-7 persons. Same issue with plates and cutlery. No broom/cleaning option so if you stay more then 2-3 days you just have to deal with the dust & co.

Prima accommodatie, met voor de deur feira da ladra (grootste vlooienmarkt van Lissabon, op zaterdag en dinsdag). Dichtbij alfama, enige kleine nadeel was dat we 4 verdiepingen met de trap moesten, al heeft dat ook voordelen voor de conditie.
