Alfama Riverview Apartments

Die Lage ist toll. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sauber Gerade unten neben dem Hauseingang gibt es ein Café, wo man extrem gutes Brot kaufen kann. Und es gibt auch zwei kleine Restaurants, worüber wir bei der Ankunft abends sehr froh waren.

Die Wohnung ist mit 90 Treppenstufen wirklich nur etwas für halbwegs Sportliche. Die Wohnung ist unter der Dachschräge, deshalb ist Manches etwas unkomfortabel. Die Dusche lässt sich nur hockend einstellen, da der Mischer knapp über dem Boden ist....und derweil steht man im kalten Duschregen von der Decke. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit um Kleidung zu deponieren. Aber die Möbel, Bilder, die Einrichtung sind wirklich geschmackvoll.

There is not lift on the building, we stayed on the the top floor, I guess is ok if you don’t mind steps

A fun location, amongst the Saturday and Tuesday flea market.

The view is spectacular and location ideal for great coffee and pastries and a flea market on the doorstep on Tuesdays

What I thought was a two bedroom apartment, turned out to be a one bedroomed place with two double beds ( one a sofa bed) in the living room. There was very little privacy in the loo! Also, the apartment is on the fifth floor of an elegant Lisbon town house. Expect a long climb with luggage!
