Casagrand Luxury Apartments Lisboa

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had 2 bedrooms, an office, living room, dining room and kitchen. It was bright and airy with lots of windows. I also liked that there was staff there if you needed anything. The gentleman that was there made us coffee, took us up to the room, showed us where everything was and how to work appliances if we wanted to use them. The staff allowed us to drop off luggage before check-in and had it up in our room when we arrived. There is also a lovely pool, sauna and exercise room. An outstanding Breakfast with delivered to our room in a large basket containing, 2 bottles of orange juice, 4 pancakes, syrup , Nutella, 2 yogurts, granola, apples, pastries, ham, cheese, croissants, rolls

Nothing

The property was bright, airy and had a really nice feel. It was very spacious in the living areas and the rooms were a decent size for those sharing.

Nothing. However, the swimming used too much chlorine. It was very overpowering and tarnished an expensive piece of jewellery quite badly. The ph may need to be reviewed.

Perfect space for a family of 3!

The dryer wasn’t drying properly

The lady that checked us in was not friendly. The young guy in the afternoon was much nicer. The manager was great & very nice

The lady staff, plus the entrance & waiting areas are not nice compared to the awesome place which we have not stayed in such a fancy place like this one
