Comfort and Style in the Heart of Lisbon



Our 40m2 attic apartment is located in a typical Lisbon old building, without a lift on the 4th floor with a magnificent view of the Tagus River and a terrace to enjoy that makes us forget the stairs. It has been designed to provide maximum comfort, combining elegance and modernity.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room that can be converted into a sleeping area. It consists of a living room and kitchen integrated into a large and open space, creating a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.



The bathroom with the shower includes a hair dryer and personal care products.

• Santa Justa Lift - 15 min walk;

• Baixa-Chiado - 12 min walk;

• São Jorge Castle - 20 min walk;

• Lisbon Airport - 20 min by car and 30 min by public transport;

• Costa da Caparica Beach - 40 min by car;

• Carcavelos Beach - 30 min by car.



Check-in and check-out information:

- Check-in from 04pm to 08pm (no additional costs);

- Check-out by 11am.



Your check-in will be accompanied by an assistant and your arrival time will be scheduled in advance.



NOTICE: Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional cost — €35 between 8:00 PM and midnight, and €50 after midnight.



Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays, except holidays, located in Cais do Sodré - cost of €2 per bag.



On the departure date, please ensure that:

- you take everything with you;

- the waste has been placed in its own containers outside the building;

- the apartment keys are on the table;

- the apartment door and the building are locked.



Please be careful not to make noise between 10pm and 8am.

Flat was very beautiful, with sea- view and two balkonies. Check-inn some kind of confusing. Broken bath window, no wardrobe. We enjoyed it.

Great location close to all transportation to other locations .The fourth floor was a lot of stairs to climb,No AC on warm nights, main bed needed replaced but, over all well worth the price.

The Amazing: Apartment is in a great location, close to public transport and a Tues/Sunday Flea Market. The. View. Is fabulous. Perfect amount of space for a couple or family traveling with a child or two that don’t mind bunking. The Bad: The pictures are dated - Front & back porch are very weathered, with the boards broken through in some places. No complimentary wine provided as mentioned in previous review. There was a laundry machine but only dish detergent pods on site - No dish washer though? No complimentary body wash/shampoo etc you would expect (only hand and dish soap) Two rolls of toilet paper and one set of towels provided (that we could not wash without having to buy detergent) for almost a week long stay…. The interior is fairly true to the pictures but the walls are in need of a touch up. There are smudges up and down the bedroom nook walls. It wouldn’t be worth mentioning if it were just scuff marks - it’s a bit worse off than that. Lastly, we had to pay a 2 Euro per day, per guest fee, that was NOT mentioned when I booked. We were told shortly before check in. And that it had to be paid separately/in cash. Seems sketchy. Left a poor first impression and then the apartment was not in great shape as pictured. Overall, meh experience. Check in was smooth though.
