I came to my location an hour early, and was waiting till the appointment time at 3 pm. It was my first time in Lisbon, so I relied on the Google map, and ended up an a mile away from the actual location. But the good people of Portugal helped me to find the right street and apartment.
Great location. Per the American standards it was a very small apartment, but it meets all of my needs.

Great location! Kitchen area has loads of utensils/plates/bowls/mugs ect. Has a dehumidifier, fan and heater too. Came with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll and towels. Good TV which has YouTube Netflix ECT. Really nice bar next door and really good food place round the corner. Can walk into the main area of Lisbon easily or get metro. Also really close to a lovely market which is open on sat and Tues.
I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the cockroaches, in my two week stay I only saw 5/6. I made a simple bug spray with water and peppermint essential oil and sprayed that around the apartment a few times throughout my stay and that seems to keep them away! I also saw reviews saying the windows don't work but they worked perfectly fine for us so must have been fixed 😊
