The location is amazing, tram 28, 12 and bus 10B are really close as well as a 10 minute walk to Continente grocery store and a metro station. It was clean and comfortable. It has AC units in the bedroom as well as in the kitchen area.
You can hear everything going on in the street because the second door is at your head when you sleep and you can also hear eveything from upstairs neigbours. In the apartment I was staying in the WiFi was sometimes bad but nothing major and sometimes you run out of hot water but you can solve that with an electric heater.

Entraron limpiadoras a hacer la habitacion la mañana del domingo cuando veníamos de haber salido de noche y habia muchísimo ruido de la planta de arriba y de la calle.

Die Lage des Apartments war wirklich super.
Sehr klein und dunkel, aber zum Schlafen ausreichend. Das Bett ist direkt am Eingang. Alles ist sehr hellhörig. Man hat alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommen. Die Sauberkeit könnte wirklich besser sein, gerade im Bad. Parkplatz ist auch sehr schwierig zu bekommen. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe war leider geschlossen, über eine Info vorab, hätten wir uns sehr gefreut.
