Cozy rooms in a shared apartment and very clean! :) Every day someone comes to clean the public space like bathroom and kitchen. I don’t get the negative reviews regarding the rooms without window - please look what you are booking.. there are rooms without window, rooms with window, smaller rooms, larger rooms. Every info is present in the booking process, so just look and book what you prefer🤷‍♂️ Don’t expect a 5 star hotel, it’s perfect for what you pay! I stayed here two times and enjoyed my stays. Also great communication when I had questions🤍

I loved the room, it was very cute and a good change for once, since I have only been staying in hostels. It had a big bed and everything you need. Kitchen and the big bathroom were nice. Good location, close to the old town and pretty views. I can recommend staying there for the Santos Festival on June :)

The bathroom didn’t seem to be very clean…

Lovely helpful staff, clean bright spacious double room with plants, lovely neighborhood although loads of hills and stairs. Silent most of the time and very useful facilities, full kitchen and all you need. They were also very supportive with customer service and communication.

Plan ahead as you can get massive hills depending were you come from 😅 No lifts available or people at reception.

The room n.6 is very spacious, comfy and full of light. The room was tidy, well prepared and clean. The sofa near the window is a nice cozy corner and the many plants in the room make it feel very welcoming. The staff is really attentive to all the little details, always stocking up the apartment and cleaning it up.

Unfortunately some of the long-staying guests were not respectful towards the common areas. The bathroom floor was left a swimming pool already during the middle of the day and the bathroom sink was left full of hair. The kitchen was also left dirty, with dirty stoves, pots and food scraps into the sink. These guests were cooking after 22.00 up until 02.00 am, making noise and disturbing the resting time of other people. The doors to the rooms are not isolating the noise, so it was easy to hear the loud telephone conversations of these other guests. All in all, the environment was not comfortable and relaxing, because of these impolite guests.
