Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, das aber mit 2-3 Tram-Haltestellen leicht zu erreichen ist. Besonders nett ist die auch am Sonntag geöffnete Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gepflegte Aussenanlage.
Suboptimal gelöst sind die Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten der Fenster durch Vorhänge, bzw. Rollos auf der Innenseite. So lassen sich die Fenster nachts zu wenig öffnen. Im Winter kein Problem, im Sommer bei grosser Hitze schon. Sehr lobend erwähnt werden muss, dass uns auf Anfrage sofort ein kräftiger Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

Die mit viel Liebe modernisierte historische Villa im Waldstraßenviertel nahe des Leipziger Zentrums, die gute und sehr moderne Ausstattung des Appartements und die präzise Betreuung beim kontaktlosen Check-In, während des Aufenthalts und beim Check-Out.
Das in direkter Nähe der Villa keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gab.

Sehr sauber, für unseren Zwck der Reise beste Lage. Vermieter mit Herz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut zu empfehlen. So etwas wünscht man sich.
