Le quartier était merveilleux et très calme. C’était très propre et une partie des allemands des restaurants et magasins connaissaient un peu de français! Ma pauvre grand-mère de 75 ans a su faire ses courses et être très chaleureusement accueillie.

Just for your information, I’m not saying whether it’s positive or negative, it’s just good to be informed in advance and expect it. It’s a ground-floor apartment with windows facing two streets, so you hear people walking by. There’s a church with a bell 50 meters from the apartement, and it’s used pretty often :)

Gemütlich eingerichtet und so ziemlich alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Mitten im Wohngebiet, daher relativ ruhig dennoch ist die Anbindung gut, da die Straßenbahn nur wenige 100 m weg ist. Bedeutet aber eben auch das die Parkplatzsituation schwierig ist.
Die Lage der Schlüsselbox ist ziemlich unappetitlich, der Schimmel in der Dusche sollte mal beseitigt werden.
Die Fenster sind eine Katastrophe, praktisch kein Lärmschutz.

Bequemes Bett, gute Lage, Sauberkeit des Fußbodens, gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter.
Z.T. könnten die Wände/Türzargen gestrichen bzw. renoviert werden.
In der Dusche war viel schwarzer Schimmel, der Küchentisch wackelte, der Siphon des Waschbeckens war nicht I.O. und leckte.
Kleiderschränke sind nicht vorhanden.
Das bei einem Preis von 140€ pro Nacht.
Wir hatten auch in der Beschreibung übersehen, dass keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist.
