Die Lage war top. Direkt in der Karli und an der Straßenbahnstation Südplatz. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war modern gestaltet.
Die Balkone waren nicht sauber und die Aschenbecher nicht geleert. Auch sonst war es an der ein oder anderen Stelle schmuddelig. Es gibt keine Jalousien oder Rollläden, nur (und auch nicht überall) Vorhänge.

Excelente ubicación, excelente apartamento, excelente confort, un ambiente totalmente agradable. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos en casa. Volvería nuevamente 100% recomendados.
Todo me encantó. De verdad tomm y caroline muy atentos a la hora de entregar las llaves. Volvería nuevamente. Nos vemos pronto.

Geräumig für vier Personen, super Lage, saubere Wohnung. Eine kleine Anmerkung für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind oder viel Gepäck dabei haben: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Haltestelle. Für den ersten Zugang (und nach dem Check-Out) zur Wohnung muss jedoch kurz einmal wenige Minuten gelaufen werden.
Lediglich die Seife ließ sich nicht so ganz einfach aus der Verpackung drücken und das WLAN hat nicht immer bis in den hinteren Raum gereicht.

Die Lage war super. Man hat auch wirklich Ruhe in der Wohnung und genügend Platz.
In den Aschenbechern waren noch alter Zigarettenstummel und auch sonst war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich sauber. Auf der Bettdecke waren noch Haare und auch unter den Betten lagen noch Tabletten. Die haben wir Gott sei Dank vor unseren Kindern gefunden :).
