Im zweiten Blick sind in der Wohnung mehrere Instandsetzung überfällig: *Garderobe im Eingangsbereich Fixierung *Gardinen Stange, Fußbodenleisten im Schlafbereich lose *Duschtür Dichtung defekt *Fenstergriff/Mechanik Die Sauberkeit: *der Türen *im Schlafzimmer, Bettrücken ..... läßt zu wünschen übrig (Staub lässt sich mit dem Finger abrollern) Alles keine großen Dinge ... aber in Summe zuviel.

Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Es gibt direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahn Haltestätte.
Wir hatten 2 Parkplätze gebucht. Die Zufahrt ist sehr eng über einen belebten Bürgersteig. Das Auto musste auf dem Bürgersteig vor der Toreinfahrt abgestellt werden und die Schlüsselbox war über einen anderen Eingang zu erreichen. Das bedeutet das der Wagen im Weg steht. Im nachhinein hätte man sich die Buchung der Parkplätze sparen können da in der nähe kostenfreier Parkraum zur Verfügung stand. In der Wohnung waren für 4 Personen und 3 Übernachtungen nur 3 Rollen Toilettenpapier. Im Kaufland, direkt gegenüber bekommt man allerdings schnell neues.
