Perched at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this three-story home boasts jaw-dropping views from every window and two full-length decks perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Enjoy exclusive access to a private, stocked lake just a 5-minute stroll away, and walk to Long Lake for exceptional fishing and hiking.
Inside, radiant floor heating warms every room—including the garage and mudroom—while top-of-the-line, low-VOC materials and organic linens create a health-conscious, low-allergen sanctuary.
With four spacious bedrooms (2 rooms with California Kings, 1 Queen room, and one bunk room with 2 twin-over-full beds), the home comfortably accommodates large families. There are blackout shades in every room, and all brand-new, spine-aligning mattresses to ensure restful sleep.
There are three full baths (1 on the first garage floor and 2 on the middle/bedroom floor). There is also a 1/2 bath on top floor. Please note: there are no ensuite bathrooms.
The open-concept top floor is a showstopper, featuring a gourmet chef’s kitchen with a 48" high-end range, espresso machine, and walk-in pantry. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating at the oversized island. The adjacent living room—with gas fireplace and smart TV—is made for après-ski gatherings.
Remote workers will love the dedicated office with panoramic views and a printer/scanner. The middle floor living space has another smart TV, children’s toys, puzzles, and high-speed internet to keep everyone entertained.
Additional amenities include a 2-car garage with ski and bike storage, a bonus gear space, two washer/dryers, whole-house water filtration, and a reverse osmosis drinking water system.

As a part of a low allergen home, we do NOT under any circumstance allow pets. This includes services animals unfortunately. If you have a service animal, please do NOT rent this house. Due to owners medical condition with severe allergies we must adhere to this policy strictly.
There are stairs throughout this 3 level home, and baby gates are not provided. There is no elevator.
As with most homes in the area, there is no A/C, but summer nights are refreshingly cool. There is ceiling fan on the top floor.
No large gathering/parties allowed.
