About this house rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom home just 5 minutes from the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
Maximum Number of Occupants: 12 people
Parking Spaces: 4 Cars on the Driveway
Main level living and dining areas with 4K HD TV, record player, Sonos bluetooth system, fire place and kitchen as well as main level master with adjoining bath.
Two quiet bedrooms downstairs. One spacious room with king bed and another room with a double bed and shared full bath on the bottom floor.
Fourth bedroom on the top floor with 2 more queen bunk beds and a twin bed with joining half bath.
Back deck has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the aspen and mountain views while sitting around the fire or indulging in the brand new hot tub, grill, & fire pit.
Five minute ride down to base of the mountain for skiing, food, and shopping and just 8 minutes to downtown. Fifteen minute walk to the base during the summer.

What an absolutely fantastic home to stay at! It is set in the trees so our kids had plenty of space to play outside, collect sticks, and enjoy nature. The house is fully stocked with everything you can imagine (especially the kitchen) and with everything clearly labeled. The views were breathtaking and really showcased Crested Butte. The queen and king bedroom suites were spacious and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. I do not say that lightly as I usually stay at very high end hotels just to ensure I have a comfy bed. We traveled as a two families of four with kids ranging in age from 4 to 9. They had so much stuff to do. There was a large bin of Legos, a giant slinky, frisbee, ping pong, karaoke machine, etc. For the adults we had the hot tub, sonos, high end coffee maker, and a nice variety of dumbells which allowed us to get workouts in. The furiture was very nice and the hosts were quick to respond during the booking process. It was such a lovely and easy stay for us. We will absolutely book this home again.

Everything was great. Not sure why we didn't get the automated email with the guest handbook but Aaron sent it over and all was smooth after. The house is well equipped and was very comfortable for our group. 6 kids stayed in the bunk room leaving the remaining rooms for adults. The free shuttles to and from the mountain were amazing. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect setup for our three families traveling together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the layout worked especially well for both adults and kids.Aaron was fantastic with communication from start to finish. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless and stress-free.The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen, in particular, was amazing — it had all the cookware, utensils, and essentials needed to prepare great meals for a large group. We never found ourselves saying, “I wish they had this!”The kids loved having their own space to sleep, and there were fun games available that kept everyone entertained during downtime.Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped home that made our trip easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling together!
