Beautiful location! Glenwood is always a favorite place for us to stay with our family. This home is easy access to all of our favorite spots.

Location was nice enough, but house was not the most well stocked compared to most short-term rentals we’ve stayed at. Just FYI, if it’s a rainy day, the TV doesn’t really work or connect to devices at all. They also send you a separate rental agreement outside of VRBO that you HAVE to sign. They emailed us every day asking us to sign starting several weeks in advance. We continued to receive email requests even after we signed (about 2 weeks before we arrived). Finally, we forwarded the receipt of signature and our signed copy, but we continued to get daily email requests, which it continued up until several days after we checked out. Finally, this is a personal pet peeve, the cleaning fee for our 3-day stay was over 200. Despite the hefty fee, they still including a long list of chores to be completed before checkout, including a checklist that needed to be signed with a checkout manager, otherwise you’re subject to an additional fee. Other than that, it was a nice house in a great location and it was clean upon arrival.
